Two-Component RTV Silicone Foam
Q-TEL 2045
Q-Tel 2045 is a two component RTV silicone foam. It is packaged as two liquids (Part A and Part B) which are mixed together at room temperature (1 : 1 by weight or by volume), to form a medium density dark grey / black foam. Q-Tel 2045 has the ability to fill in odd shapes because it starts out as a liquid and will then foam to three times its original volume. Q-Tel 2045 foams while it cures so that it tightly fits into any geometry providing an optimum seal. Q-Tel 2045 has enhanced fire-resistant properties, has no solvents and can easily be re-entered if needed.
